RideWolf Moto Co.

Founding Riders

The first hundred people to finish a ride in RideWolf. Each one has a number for good, a pin and sticker in the mail, and a card on this wall. Hover a card, or tap it on your phone, to meet the rider; tap the handle under a card to open that rider in the app.

A solid badge is a number that’s taken. A faded one is still open. A card that flips to “photo on the way” is a rider who finished the ride and hasn’t sent the photo yet.

The rules

Read these before you go for a number. I say the same thing in the video, so there are no surprises.

  1. How you earn itFinish a ride in the RideWolf app after the launch date: a tracked ride of at least 5 miles and 15 minutes with the app recording, or a scheduled ride you joined that the host ran. Saving or building a route does not count. Marking a route “I rode this” does not count.
  2. The numbers001 to 100, given in the order the rides finish, by the app, automatically. Two seats are reserved for the two riders who tested the app from the first day. Once 100 is taken the programme closes for good.
  3. One per riderOne number per account, ever. Accounts belonging to RideWolf are excluded.
  4. Your badgeThe number appears on your profile automatically once the ride is recorded. It is permanent. No number after your ride? Either the ride did not count (check rule 1: 5 miles and 15 minutes with the app recording, or a scheduled ride the host ran), or all hundred are taken. The counter at the top of this page shows which. Either way, stick around: there are more giveaways coming.
  5. Your pinTo receive the pin, the sticker and the numbered card, open your profile in the app, tap Claim your pin on your Founding Rider badge, and send a photo of yourself with your bike from that ride, plus a mailing address. By sending the photo you agree to have it shown on this page with your first name, username, number and state. No photo, no pin.
  6. Photos we will not postAnything with a licence plate we cannot blur, anyone under 18, or other people who have not agreed. We may ask for a different photo.
  7. No purchase necessaryThe app is free. Nothing here requires buying anything.
  8. ShippingKits mail from Los Angeles once a month to the address you give. US addresses first; outside the US ask, we will try.
  9. If something is offIf a ride looks faked, the number is withdrawn and goes to the next rider. Questions: support@ridewolf.app.

Have a number?

Open the RideWolf app, go to your profile, and tap Claim your pin on your Founding Rider badge. That button brings you to the claim form with your number filled in. Have a photo of you with your bike from that ride ready, and the address you want the kit mailed to.

Claim your pin

The pin, the sticker and the hand-numbered card are the keepsake. The badge on your profile is the part every rider you meet will see. Peace. — Johnny
