Getting Started

Creating Your Account

• Download RideWolf from the App Store
• Sign up with email or Google account
• Verify your email address (automatic during signup)
• Complete your profile with motorcycle details and preferences

Setting Up Your Profile

• Add profile photo and bio
• Enter your motorcycle information
• Set your riding preferences (scenic routes, highway avoidance, etc.)
• Configure privacy settings for profile visibility

Core Features

Creating Rides

• Tap the ‘+’ button on the home screen
• Fill in ride details: title, description, date/time, location
• Set group size limits and privacy settings
• Choose route preferences and difficulty level
• Invite specific riders or make it discoverable

Joining Rides

• Browse available rides in the Discover tab
• Filter by location, date, or ride type
• Tap ‘Join Ride’ to request participation
• Wait for ride creator approval (if required)

Rider Levels System

• New Rider: Just getting started (0-9 rides)
• Street Cruiser: Building experience (10-24 rides)
• Route Runner: Regular participant (25-49 rides)
• Highway Hero: Experienced rider (50-99 rides)
• Road Legend: Master rider (100+ rides)

Levels are based on rides completed and created, with verification requirements for higher levels.

Following & Friends

• Follow other riders to see their activities
• Send friend requests for closer connections
• View friends’ rides and join their adventures
• Share your riding experiences

Messaging

• Direct message other riders
• Coordinate ride details privately
• Share location and updates during rides

Troubleshooting

Common Issues

Can’t see rides in Discover tab:

• Try refreshing by pulling down on the screen

Messages not appearing:

• Verify the other user hasn’t blocked you

Location not updating:

• Enable location services for RideWolf
• Check “Always” location permission
• Ensure GPS is enabled

Biometric login not working:

• Re-enable Face ID/Touch ID in Settings > Account Management
• Check iOS biometric settings
• Try logging in with password first

Account Issues

Forgot Password:

• Use “Forgot Password” on login screen
• Check email for reset link
• Follow instructions to create new password

Can’t verify email:

• Check spam/junk folder
• Request new verification email
• Contact support if issues persist

Profile not updating:

• Check internet connection
• Force close and reopen app
• Try logging out and back in
